My second big problem with this Vet.
Decent prices and don't try and push a bunch of services or products we neither need or can afford.
The prices are good, the vet gets the job done. I'm giving them three stars because of price and the vet and his darker haired assistant (she is nice and good with animals). They would have gotten higher marks but the blond girl vet tech (assistant whatever she is) was very hateful she barely spoke to me and when she did she was combative and rude. I also did not appreciate the way she man handled my dogs. For example she put a muzzle on my smaller dog so tightly it caused my dogs eyes to bug out a bit. She doesn't seem to really like animals or people for that matter. I plan on going back but I will ask that she not work around my animals again.
Now I'm done with them. My GSD is in horrible pain, front leg. They refuse to see him the same day. Want him dropped off 2 days from now and left for the day. As a past Vet Tech this kind of treatment of customers is highly unacceptable. The staff is amateur. If you have an emergency even during business hours, don't waste your time calling them.Even long time faithful customers don't mean a thing to these people. Very sad
I absolutely love this vet. It is well worth the drive from Edmond. He is very caring and understanding. My dog has a difficult time around strangers and he lets me hold him for his shots and check ups and he makes it very easy for me and my pet. I highly recommend to anyone.
Had both of my labs fixed for way less than anyone in edmond would do it.also whe my male lab was shot with an arrow. He came in on a holiday, charge was very reasonable, and he did not seem like it was any trouble at all. In general he is a very kind man. He allows payment plans on emergencys and cost are very reasonable.
