This Arby's location really doesn't deserve even the one star. But because of the actions of the manager it will get one. We came in at 9:00 pm and had to wait 31 minutes for our order. Even then I had to go to the front and ask the manager about it. Only to find out our order had been given out to others. So the manager immediately apologized and refunded our order plus brought us our order to the table. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location again.
Food was good but put together kinda sloppy. My sandwich completely fell apart half way through
NOT family/toddler friendly. No changing table in either bathroom. They have a women's restroom and a women's/men's/handicap restroom and neither of them have a changing table. I guess they want you to change the baby in the booth. Also they only got 3 out 4 of our orders correct. Not impressed.
Food was good. Service was efficient but not very friendly.
My 9yo and I go here almost Every day after school. They have a fantastic dollar menu, free wifi, clean bathrooms, conditioning and the employees are always very helpful.
