This place is AWESOME! Great courses, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. It's a great place for paintballing of all experience levels. I highly recommend it!
At this point, we started asking for the manager. We were fed up with the lack of service and wanted to be refunded. He agreed and was apologetic. When we brought the paint up, he muttered, "I'm not refunding the paint.", which is the most expensive part. We had three bags of 500 completely unopened and in new condition that we had bought that day from this field. Fields will only use their own paint, so it's no good anywhere else. I was getting animated at this point while I pointed out that the paint was still good and the reason we had not used it is because the ref was taking so long to get games going. Things got a little heated for a minute with the manager, but he did relent and refunded our field fees and the bags of paint.
This has been one of the best paintball fields Ive been too so far. The staff are respectful and fun to be around and the gamemode and maps are well made. The guns seem well maintained and the facilities were clean. Definitely coming back.
The good: Staff are nice when you get their attention. The fields are some of the nicest I have ever seen. The waiting area is also very nice and clean. They really enforce the safety rules. Props to them for that. Also they refunded our money.
I was having a problem with my marker. It was shooting too slow (feet per second) which made it ineffective. I needed the chronograph. However, they only have a handheld one. The staff had to be there for you to use it since they kept it behind the desk. I got the employee behind the desk to get the chronograph and the employee could not get the chronograph to work. I told him the problem with my marker and he said it was fine. I told him it was not fine. However, he said back that it was fine and then left without bringing another chronograph.
The bad: Several times when I went to the front desk, the employee would be chit chatting for 5-10 minutes about nothing important and not even acknowledge that anyone was waiting, even when there were many people in line. I had to interject myself to get his attention.
I was there for the first time for Viper's Stalingrad scenario event. After that weekend I was hooked. The guys working there are awesome. This place just keeps getting better. These guys work their butts off to give everyone a great experience. Keep up the great work
Love going to the tombstone event every October for three years now! The staff is amazing, the food is great and the event and activities that happen during the event is a not to miss opportunity.
Bad experience unfortunately. I think on another day it could have been a good experience. I've been playing paintball for 20 years off and on. This is the first bad experience I've had. The short is that the fields are nice, but the staff are ridiculously slow and unresponsive.
After about 2 and 1/2 hours, we had only played four 10-minute games. We started asking the ref when we were going to play. He kept saying oh we need to get this or that, or get someone's marker ready. There was only one ref for, at this point, about 35 people. Way too many people for the few staff on hand and way too many for one game on small fields. However, this still did not excuse how long the waiting times were between games. When we were finally about to play again, my friend asked if we could split the groups into separate games, but the ref dismissed the suggestion. With too many people on the field, the games are not fun.
