Literally the cleanest, nicest Pizza Hut I've been to! Salad bar was clean and looked great. Salas tasted fresh and food was good. Staff were talking about scheduling problems, but I was the only customer and it didn't disturb me at all.
Had supper at this restaurant last night. Ordered 2 large meatlovers pizza, breadsticks and a desert. Had to physically find the waitress every time we needed anything. Asked for the breadsticks to be brought out first, didn't happen. Breadsticks and first pizza came out at same time. Had to go find the waitress to get sauce for the breadsticks. Had to go find the waitress to add the second pizza. Told the waitress we needed a bigger table because two more people were joining us. Had to move the table ourselves. Had to go find the waitress to get drinks for the two people that joined us. The first meatlovers pizza that came to the table barely had any meat on it at all. The second one was done right. Maybe there were not enough wait staff to cover the busy restaurant?
Service was very good. Our waiter was very polite and asked us several times if we needed anything else. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
They need stricter management and wait their serving times.
For the past 5 times we have been to this Pizza Hut over the past year we have had many issues. First off is the service. The management is obviously very lacking and we get negative attitude from the servers. We’ve always had to ask for refills multiple times, along with having issues with our orders being messed up several times. After the service, we have had issues with our food getting to our table. Usually we get a serving or two here or there. But it takes about 45 minutes before all of our party of 6 gets all of our food. We don’t have an issue with waiting 45 minutes for all of our food, however we don’t want to eat, then sit and wait for everyone else to finish eating because they get their food 30 minutes later.
Good customer service could have had more pizza choices but what they did have was delicious
