I have never experienced the inconvenience and poor service like I experienced here in my entire life. I came in to get a haircut on 2/9/2017 At 7pm ..so she asked me to wait for 10 mint but after 25 mints she comes for me...she started with washing my hair, it was fast when she washed but once we're done with washing the problem started...she sat me down for combing hair and said she's afraid if she's gonna hurt my hair, which is fine. But, as soon as she started to come within 5 seconds she said she can't. ..I still said OK sorry it is little difficult for you, and I stood there and comb it down within a minute I was done. I thought it's over but the problem still seems to persist... she said I have to stand up the the entire time while she cuts my hair because her chair isn't that great to make it easy for her to cut ...are you kidding? I am disc herniated patient and she wanted me to stand up the whole time? I have never been asked to come my own hair or I have to stand up if I want my hair cut! So since I cannot stand that long due to my spinal pain I have to go without getting a haircut...so I asked if she can blow dry so I can go without dripping ? She said if she blows my hair it will be $40 which is crazy to me because the hair wash and cut itself is $15 how then can just a blow dry cost you more than twice the price of haircut, wash and blow dry? I assume that when you go for hair cut they blow dry for sure without any extra money...because that's how I get any hair salon I go. It's common sense to apply here again. Very very disappointed never will I go there or suggest anyone to waste their money or time. Oh 1 thing, the salon is so poorly maintained. .very very dirty hairwash bowls and I guess the chairs are early 19th centuries that doesn't work well. I say buy it if you want to make money instead of asking customers to stand because it doesn't support unlike other salons. It doesn't deserve any star but I have no option.
The lady about scalped me with her comb as she cut my hair. Trimming around my ears and neck I was being stabbed with the trimmer. Never coming back here again. My head hurts, thanks *****
