GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE! They will screw you over beyond belief! Then if you know someone that owes them money they will blow up your phone left and right trying to get a hold of that person! Even if you OWE THEM NOTHING! They will even call your work looking for that person! It is ridiculous.
Customer service is good, friendly and they are willing to work with their customers, but with the "upgrade" to their computer system, my account was messed up and showed I had only made one payment and a dryer I had for over a year and almost lost it. And come to find out that when it was installed, they never replaced the lint tube on the back, just left the old one on. Yeah that wasn't fun to replace, thanks.
