Lack of knowledge, communication, and multiple different responses from nurses, front desk, and billing department.
If you call medical records they dont pick up and when they call you back its days later or when you are unable to answer the phone.
Not a very well organized place. If you speak to 3 or 4 different nurses you'll get 3 or 4 different responses to your question. Each visit you're treated according to what kind if mood they're in. Same goes for the front desk. They're as helpful as whatever their moods are that day.
