They usually have what I need and will take the time to talk to you and help you out. The loading of what you purchased is fast and friendly. My daughter came along and they made it a pleasant experience for her. The chickens and bunnies made her day. Watch out however if yor kid is probably like my little girl yours will begin to grab the little Ty animals. We bought one by the way.
