I have dealt with Marcus/Jim for many years personally and professionally. It is a quality establishment that does not have a true peer in the region because of the level of customer service, and the ability to have both your mobility equipment and your vehicle serviced top to bottom at the same location. Earl in the shop is a wizard who I have yet to stump!

My father started doing business with Marcus and Jim about 20 years ago and, over the years, they became like a part of our family with the wonderful service and friendship they provided by caring for "Papa Dryden" and his mobility needs. Before he passed away in 2010, he asked Marcus to promise him that they would watch out for me and care for me (I was always a Daddy's girl!) and my mobility needs and problems. They have not only carried out that promise, but they have gone "above and beyond" not only by promptly taking care of my mobility needs, but also by offering much needed counsel when I incurred problems and didn't know how to proceed or when I needed to be "rescued". I can't express how blessed I feel to have Marcus, Jim, Lori and Earl available as a team to always be there for me. They are the absolute best!!!
